I have purchased a refrigerator and electric range and have had great sales and delivery services both times. I would recommend Warners' Stellian to anyone looking to purchase new appliances. Very reliable delivery process that includes tracking too. I am very pleased with them as a company as well as the individuals I have dealt with.
Marty is a very talented master plumber and provided great service and explained everything to me about the installation. He worked with my city inspector to get the best outcome. Which I appreciated. I really enjoyed his enthusiasm and keeping me informed. I really love having hot water again!!
Online ordering was easy and precise. Great sale on the oven. Delivery was on time, very polite, friendly and made sure oven was working before leaving. Hallaway was great as well. Have had great experiences using Warner's.
Website was extremely easy to order from. Our fridge and stove were delivered and installed without a hitch. I honestly didn't think the process could be this effortless. Very reasonable delivery and disposal fees even living an hour from the store. The delivery team was the MVP! They arrived on time within the delivery window I requested and communicated expectations. Quick and painless. 10/10 would recommend
They did a good job of putting in the new dryer, but they saw the boards that the other Warner Stellian team had left under our washer, took pictures & chose not to fix the poor job they had done. They put in the dryer, which sadly by the way is not the same color, but I can live with it. But left the dryer 3/4" lower than the washer sitting right next to it. It was not aesthetically pleasing at all. It took my 79 y.o. husband & I several hours to get them both level & would love to send you pictures.
