Aqua Shield NM

Wow! My husband & I were so very impressed with the professionalism & knowledge of Matthew Bowen, the representative who conducted our water test. He was able to explain the importance of water quality in easy to understand terms--not in confusing technical terms. This "down to earth" explanation helped us understand the quality of the water in our home. Upon understanding the water in our home, we opted to get the Rain Soft system installed. The installation, done by Izaiah, went very smoothly. Clean up was excellent. He explained everything regarding the system to my husband in great detail. While our water heater is new (5 months old) he explained how to get the current build up out. Truly appreciate all the info he provided. We did not realize the importance of making sure the water in our home is as clean and pure as possible. Not only for our health but for the various appliances, etc. that use water. Thank you ever so much Aqua Shield!

Matt came last week to test our water. I knew it was bad but didn't realize it was that bad. I have a newborn and toddler at home so seeing how much the hard water was damaging our skin, I was shocked. Ive lived in NM my whole life and have always had hard water and never even thought about it. Matt explained the different parts in their systems and how they work to help improve the water quality, all while also engaging my toddler. I dont even drink our tap water because of the smell and taste. Matt showed us how well their system can take that nasty water and make it not only drinkable, but delicious. Izaiah and Mat came and installed that softener today. They were quick, professional and friendly. They worked quickly and tidy. And made sure to clean up after themselves. They then walked us through each step of the softener and how to change filters/add salt. Im so thankful to Aquashield and cant wait to recommend them to family and friends.

Derek Martinez was our presenter. He was a joy to have in our home. He was knowledgable and easy to joke around with. My husband and I had fun with the presentation and enjoyed seeing in real time the difference between hard and soft water. The difference was truly mind blowing at times. I knew our water was hard, but I didn’t know it was off-the-charts hard! We have our install scheduled for next week. I’m looking forward to experiencing the difference that soft water can make on my skin, hair, clothes, and just general cleaning. I can’t wait to take a shower in the soft water.
