Bathroom Transformation I am thrilled with my recent walk-in shower conversion! The entire process was smooth, despite the expected wait for insurance approval which took the most time. The Estimation Process The gentleman who arrived to take photos for the estimate was wonderful. He was efficient, kind, & friendly, making the initial steps feel effortless. The Installation Joseph, the installer, was the absolute highlight of this project. I am so elated by the ADA renovation service of my bathroom. Joseph arrived promptly, very congenial and professional. His work was meticulous, which reflects his and HMS's work ethic. Beginning with the bidding process, they explained and answered all my questions. You could see their delight while planning out the renovation. After interviewing a few renovation specialists, I chose HMS, and I am glad I did. Their remodel specialist assigned to me, Joseph V., he put the ice cream on the cake, bringing the plan to fruition.
