I had two shower doors installed by Albuquerque Custom Shower Doors, and this has been a very frustrating experience to say the least. The measurements were taken back in July, and after that β radio silence. There was no follow-up, no updates, and I had to chase them down myself in August. When I finally reached someone, they promised installation within 2β3 weeks, but it actually took over two months. During that time, I made multiple follow-up calls. Calls were rarely returned, and when they did respond, Scott, in particular, was curt, dismissive, and unhelpful. Only after I threatened to cancel the order did they promise to βtake care of it next weekβ and offered a paltry discount β yet I still waited a couple more weeks after that. When the doors finally arrived, they had the wrong measurements. The installers had to take them back, cut them again, and make three separate trips just to finish the job. To be fair, the installers themselves were polite and professional, but the office communication was terrible. These guys are not cheap, and for the price, I expected professionalism and reliability. Instead, I got delays, poor communication, and an overall stressful experience. Save yourself the frustration β go with a reputable retailer like Home Depot or another local shop that actually values customer service.
