I can’t say enough great things about Elite Luxury Design. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and truly luxurious. What a horrific experience. After 9 months(!), I still have blue tape hanging up in my hallway. I have not heard from Matthew for months. I learned that they fired the contractors that originally did all of the poor work - from a landscaper(!) who came up and told me himself that he was only brought on bc it was his off season. Note. None of my work involved landscaping. Would not recommend. I've told friends and family that I actually hate my house now after this experience. I have a back door and trash that has been sitting outside for months (and was told the door was supposed to be delivered to someone else). Please, please save yourself... What a horrific experience. I'm enclosing a few pics of how my home looks after 9 months and $60k+. Happy to share more. Yor landscaper came out well before I left this review. I do not want this to be a "debate." That is not my intent. To your response...the pics I shared are where my home stands now, after 9 months (blue tape and all). If you think the pics show that I was just "unhappy," should tell all future customers what to expect. And I have responded to messages, but have also asked to be let known of when the team would come bc of coordinating with my work schedule. Being told morning of that they are on their way would likely not work for most, and not me.
