Matt was great to work with, from my initial "I need help" text through the initial diagnosis and the final repair. Great communication and timeliness. Couldn't ask for more in a service provider and I'll definitely call Matt first, the next time I have an appliance repair need!
I highly recommend Matt. I've had him fix my gas oven and most recently my washing machine. He is very reasonably priced and does great work. On top of that, he is a super nice guy.
Matt was so personable and very knowledgeable about my LG dryer. I ended up not needing parts but I would definitely call him in the future, if I had further issues.
I can’t say enough good things about this pleasant young man and his work. I have called him on two separate occasions. I found him highly recommended on Neighborhood when I asked for references for a local appliance repair service. They weren’t wrong. He was prompt in responding, extremely reasonable in his pricing, and very knowledgeable. He explained and showed me everything about the repair process as he worked. His personable attitude and work ethic were icing on the cake!
