I highly recommend Southern Industries. I had windows installed by them 3 different times. The financing was easy, it helped boost my credit, and the staff are very trustworthy, friendly and very knowledgeable. I did my windows as I could afford it, I used coupons offered by them, and their windows look amazing and are very high quality. They had them installed in one day. Always clean up after themselves.
Had the team provide options to replace a sliding glass door with French doors. They gave us several options and price points and were polite and continuous. The installation crew was prompt, clean, and very thorough with the installation. New Door looks great inside and out. Great craftsmen. They were professional start to finish.
Michael and Mich were absolutely fantastic to work with! They didn’t just walk us through the process — they broke everything down with clarity, patience, and genuine excitement. They explained the quality of materials Southern uses, how the installation works, and even took the time to go over the financing options so we could choose what fit our budget best. Their professionalism, transparency, and willingness to make sure we felt confident every step of the way made the entire experience outstanding. We truly appreciated the level of care they brought from start to finish.
Mark was exceptionally customer service oriented, totally focused on our needs. Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us get the best products for what we were trying to upgrade. Can’t wait until we get the job completed to see how great our house will look. Job completed quickly and looks great as you can see in the before and after pictures.
My experience with Southern Industries was exceptional. Everyone from the sales people, the office staff, and the installers were friendly, courteous and professional. Our home has literally been transformed with the new siding and gutters. I will be recommending them to everyone I can!
