I had a very disappointing experience at this business. The owner’s (Tracy’s) communication was unprofessional and condescending, which made the interaction quite unpleasant. After reading other reviews, it appears this behavior is not uncommon. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment and chose to take my business elsewhere. We were able to find a much more welcoming and customer-focused store to purchase an instrument for our son. Response to Tracy (owner) First of all. I wasn’t turned down. I decided not to use your services after my experience. Nice try though. It’s sad that you made an attempt to discredit my review based off of other reviews I have made. I have just as many 5 star as I have 1 star reviews. You need to work on your people skills and maybe you would get better reviews. You have a very nasty personality.
