Our service tech was prompt, polite, friendly & respectful with us and our home. He was very thorough and patient in finding the problem and making necessary recommendations for what needed to be done fully explaining the problem and cost for repairing it.
Very nice young man. Polite and friendly. But diagnostics did not find anything wrong! My washer does not always spin out enough water. I have to add the drain and spin cycle. Also fabric softener seems to clog the agitator. Not sure what will make the washing machine efficient again. Warranty still in effect so I didn't have to pay anything.
Our wall oven stopped working. Under warranty Appliance Tec was notified. Andres showed up on a Monday to check it out. With in a half hour he found out the problem and order the parts needed to repair it. He returned Thursday to install the new parts and the oven was repaired within an hour. He was very polite and professional. Kept us informed on the situation. Two years ago the similar thing happened. Another repair shop was notified. It took them 2 and a half week's to repair the oven. I highly recommend Appliance Tec and will use them for my repair needs. And I want Andres V. to be our service technician.
Ben was very polite and knowledgeable. He called me early to let me know that he was waiting for the part I needed and would be later than my assigned time. When he came, he made the repair quickly and explained to me what he was doing. He was very neat and careful working in my laundry room. He was patient and answered all my questions. I had a wonderful experience with Appliance Tech and would definitely use them again.
