American Plumbing Heating & Cooling

I had 3-4 plumbing issues that were minor, but all together they had been bothering me for months. It took one email to American PHC Services to get a service time that worked for me - only one day from my initial outreach. The professional team who came to help me were on time, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and SO respectful! They were in and out in less than an hour. I no longer have to stress about my plumbing issues! Very grateful, AND their pricing was lower than I expected. Thank you American PHC Services!

Not a reliable company. The employees they sent to our house did not know their trade well - for a toilet that slowly leaks water into the bowl - should have known where to start (flapper system)! They had to come back 2 more times and at the last visit, I was told they had to order a part and and would be back in a few days! Well, fast forward 3 weeks - have not seen nor heard from them, nobody is answering calls, em-mails nor call back requests through their website.

JACK IS BACK & BETTER THAN EVER !!! I received my text that Jack was on his way in the time period provided to me. He arrived promptly at noon and began to work on installing our new hot water 💦 heater. He had been out previously and quoted me for full purchase and installation by them or and also if I purchased my own tank and they installed it and warranty the labor. He advised where the best place to purchase a tank was so that’s what I did and he installed it. Such a thorough and amazing job. We trust him and American 🇺🇸 Plumbing 🪠 Implicitly. He’s very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, Customer Service is his & their primary focus! Carla in the office is beyond amazing. She’s prompted professional and super helpful. You can tell Customer Service and taking care of their customers is their top priority. THANK YOU American 🇺🇸 Plumbing. 🪠 YOU’RE the BEST!!!
