Rachel and Diane were absolutely amazing — they took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the perfect washer and dryer for my home without any pressure. They truly made the whole process easy and stress-free. Delivery day was just as impressive. Luis and Roberto were incredible! They were professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. The delivery and haul-away service was seamless, and they made sure everything was set up perfectly before leaving. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Found Appliance Shark online. First time being in the store we were greeted nicely by Louis and all our questions were answered and employees were not pushy at all. We told him we were needing a new fridge and told him what we were looking for in a fridge. He was great! Next time we were in store, Rachel was so kind and genuine. She gave us great information in regards to fridge repairs versus buying a new fridge. Super sweet young lady! We ended up purchasing a fridge over the phone and it all took less then 5-10 minutes with Von. He was super fast, helpful, and kind! We bought a Whirlpool fridge with shipping, installation, and haul away of our old fridge. Prices of products, delivery, and installation are phenomenal. Highly, highly recommend this appliance business! They treat you like family!

Luis and Robert were amazing. They delivered the new stove in record time and had it installed as well. They were so nice, efficient, helpful. My stove is amazing. And they took my old one. Thank you guys.

Shout out to Appliance Shark in KC!!!! I just had the most efficient and best customer experience! I was in need of a new washer. I found Appliance Shark via Google search and after reading reviews went to their website. I reviewed their inventory online and called the store to verify they had the item in stock. A representative by the name of Rachel answered the phone. She walked me through the sell over the phone and was so patient and kind as I debated between two different models. She sent me pictures via text of the items up close to see the true color and went over the item specifications. She assisted me through the entire process and setup up next day delivery!!!! Now to the delivery Luis showed up and was extremely helpful. He removed the old washer, allowed me time to clean the area and setup the new washer. He ensured the washer was working properly before he left. Both Rachel and Luis made this process seamless, professional and I will recommend anyone I know to shop with Appliance Shark for all of their appliance needs! Rachel and Luis provided a great customer experience that left a lasting impression!

Loved this place, super helpful employees. Was able to speak to the person who delivers and installs the appliances, super helpful and very transparent. The woman that helped out with billing and information, Rachel, was super nice and made sure we didn’t have any more questions before leaving the store. The owner Joey was also there working and helped with questions about appliances that weren’t even stuff they sell. Highly recommend this place for new appliances!!
