Having everything people need available to them on line is going to eventually kill this business. I would have rather supported them than online but they would rather not be friendly and cut me off than try to gain a costumer. This is very unfortunate. Even if it costed my e a little more but hanging up on someone when I was just trying to talk and make sure I was clear on the part I was asking for they apparently only have time to shut someone up by hanging up.
