I have used this company several times for in house service and have been happy with the service they provided. However when I tried to purchase a part today I was appalled by the treatment I received from the woman behind the desk. She acted very unprofessionally and I simply couldn't justify giving her my business. I will probably use them in the future for repairs, but I would recommend going another route if you need to buy parts.
This place was recommended to me to by another service person to fix my Samsung ai washer dryer. I communicated that the washer was showing an error code for communication (AC). They scheduled someone then canceled on me. Rescheduled someone only to find out they couldn’t fix it. They are saying I have to pay their diagnostic fee even though they wasted my time and did nothing. When I communicated this, Amy, who answered the phone started yelling at me about their policy. IMO she should have asked more questions like other repair services or at the least offered a discounted rate. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I Ordered a motor for a washing machine and was told 2-3 days initially. After almost two weeks of "it'll be here tomorrow". I asked Amy for a tracking number to verify my motor was indeed ordered. She refused and claimed privacy reasons being other parts were on the order. I asked her for a part number to verify my motor was on said list. She gave me a tracking as her attitude became more apparent with every question asked. After asking again what the part number was, Amy finally gave me the part number. Then she proceeded to yell into the phone claiming I was rude and that she tells me daily that the motor will be here when it's here. Upon asking for my refund she hung up on me. I called back and immediately demanding the owner or a supervisor in which Jr returned a phone call. After a short discussion with Jr a refund should have been deposited.
The next day since a refund was not issued I decided to go to the store location where JR had insisted on issuing the refund. And after stating my bank statement did not show any pending transactions, Jr then exploded and began cussing at me. Later Jr proved to himself, of how incapable he was of doing his job. Let alone running a company. Ultimately Jr apologized for not issuing a refund but insisted that his behavior was justifiable because in his delusional mind I was rude first. Very unprofessional place. Was nothing but headache dealing with this company.
I cannot begin to express how incredible this team is to work with. We had a 2017 LG refrigerator with an ice machine in the door. The service panel showed "DH." I looked that up and found that the fridge wasn't defrosting correctly. I unplugged it for a day. It worked again for the next couple of days but then did the same thing. Appliance Service Today came to replace the defroster--seemingly an easy fix. But that wasn't it. So I called back and they said, hey, let's try something else. They installed a new control board for free--we only paid for the part. That didn't fix the problem either. So next, they came to replace the defroster sensor. We had high hopes! But no. They came again to realize circuit deep inside the fridge was unfixable. Do you know what they did when they said they couldn't fix it? They refunded us the entire amount we paid, less the first diagnostic visit. I did not such a business had such integrity. It was too generous, really. I will call them forever for any appliance. I hope I can pay them back with my allegiance and recommendation.
