I don't leave many 5 star reviews, this review is for the parts counter. Staff are always helpful for the 3 or 4 times I been here. Go here before bug box for your parts, they might be a bit more than HD but worth it with excellent service.. I have avoided the showroom as I'm not in position to replace anything but from what I saw it's worth checking out before going to big box store
We will never buy from this company again. They are selling items for a higher price claiming "tariffs" are causing the hike. When the product is made in the USA! Do your homework people. Unacceptable and we will NOT stand for it.
Salesman in the parts dept. was the least helpful person we ever encountered. Did not know what was in stock or how to use the parts. Did not know the difference between a screw in sink strainer or silicone in used for solid surface sinks. Then the one he attempted to sell us was 128.00 dollars VS the exact same piece (Diff distributor ) for 30.00 dollars at HomCo across the street. They claim to have superior quality but the shower hose I paid quadruple for failed at 6 months later. Don’t be fooled by high price vs quality. They are not providing anything better. But they are very rude while racking you over the coals.
Jill B. provided exceptional customer service while we shopped for a range and hood. We were looking for a traditional range and she took additional time to conduct research to ensure we had exactly what we needed. Sometimes customers who aren't investing in a kitchen remodel ($$) are dismissed; NOT at Central AZ Supply. Jill made us feel like VIPs even though our budget is small. We are excited about our purchase and will be back to made additional purchases in the future at the Flagstaff store.
Bought a an LG double wall oven the end of November. Was told shipping week before Christmas. After a number of contact attempts got a reply early January (salesperson out sick for two weeks). Got an email saying delivery co would contact me in the next couple days. Email was quickly followed up w another saying I had a balance due. The balance due was $800! A 30% increase on my initial paid invoice. The only response - the sales person used an old price sheet. Bait and switch? I needed an oven so paid. The install guys were great. Oven looks good.
