Paul did an excellent job repairing our wall oven. Determined the problem, ordered the part and returned in two weeks (our requested timeframe) to install and test. We are up and running!! We are in Williams, AZ and repair days for our area are on Wednesdays. The office was very on point with scheduling.
I had my washer fixed today. Paul was very professional and friendly. He called ahead of time and was right on time. I highly recommend this company.
This is the second time ainhave used Above Par Appliance Repair and both times I have been highly satisfied with their work, professionalism and prompt response times. The repairmen that have come out each time have been knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions each time. If I have a repair need again this will be who I call first.
I live in Flagstaff and have used Above Par on two separate occasions. Both times I got Jared, who was excellent in both diagnosing the problem and completing the repair. Mary at the office was also prompt to schedule me, which was a big relief. Both of them were courteous, professional, and competent. Would use Above Par again.
