10 Stars if I could give them ~ Excellent and efficient service from the BEST computer technician in Sedona & all of the Verde Valley! Alun Wile is my 'go-to' person for anything computer related, as I completely trust his expertise. My PC was recently hacked and over $2k scammed through Paypal and Amazon via remote connections. Alun cleared off the malicious programs and helped me destress about my computer's vulnerability. 100% recommended ~Thank you, Alun at PC & Mac Fixers!
During my Sedona vacation my camera SD deleted all my pictures. All pictures from the last 4 months-gone. Luckily I was able to find this store and they were able to fix the problem really quick. I got a new SD card PLUS all my old pictures back! Service and kindness in this shop are literally a 10/10. sadly I live in Germany so I can’t bring my MacBook or any other device in but if you are in Sedona and need quick and good technical help-come here. I don’t often need support with my Mac devices, but recently had an issue with my MBP Thunderbolt dock that had me and the (dock) manufacturer stumped. I’m new to the area and had hit a dead end. Apple Care turned me on to ‘PC & Mac Fixers.’ Within a short time, Ryan had it resolved (turned out to be user error, a re-cabling problem from a recent move). Ryan was generous with his time, professional, knowledgeable, and … didn’t charge me. Ryan: thank you! Downside: now I have to get back to work.
I had a really nice build, this last Black Friday. Unfortunately, it was going to be some work. It’s been years, possibly decades, since building a computer. Which left me with a VERY spotty memory on how to do this. Going in I knew I was going to have issues. I had stumbles but as they came PC Mac Fixers was there. (I called them like 6 times throughout the build). But every time, they were understanding, thorough and effortlessly efficient, while guiding me through the build. Today I’m running anything… legit ANYTHING at 150+ frames, 4K ultra wide on the Samsung Oddesy G9, a bad*** pc, all integrated in a Secretlab Magnus Pro desk. And have never had any issues.
