Mike is truly a "Magic Mike"! This young man is a true professional; courteous, attentive, respectful, polite, quick, and he cleaned up any mess he made, if any. I highly recommend Mike to anyone who has any refrigerator issues. My issue was, and has been, for 2-3 years, a Samsung ice maker issue. Samsung came out 3-4 times (the last visit was from the manufacters rep), stating that the previous Samsung technicians voided the warranty because they used a hairdryer and silicone caulk in an effort to fix the ice maker that continued to freeze up. Samsung did the servicing and then the Samsung manufacters rep voided the warranty saying it wasn't fixable. They refused to replace the refrigerator too. My attorney looked over the warranty and said "looks like they coaxed you along long enough for the warranty to expire". Anyway, Mike had no issues ordering the proper ice kit, installing, made sure everything worked, and waited to hear the compressor before he shook my hand, told me if I needed anything at all to call the warranty company and request him since he's familiar with Samsung. Awesome service!!!
