I had a great experience with Elite 360. They were not only super friendly, but their customer service was top-notch. They made sure my dryer issue was fully resolved, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend them!
Gary and the team was sent to my repair job for my AHS warranty repair tech. Can't say enough good thing about my experience. Gary was responsive, he and his team were extremely professional. They did a part repair on Thanksgiving eve, unfortunately it didn't fix my problem. Gary was kind enough to offer me his home to do my laundry on Thanksgiving if I wanted. I never took him on it but just the offer was amazing. He and his tech showed up on Saturday on the Thanksgiving weekend and spent 3 hours working on my machine. In this day and age you never find this kind of service, I am grateful for all the professionalism and the efforts to fix a machine that ended up being dead. Thank you Gary..I will be referring your company to any one I know. Thank you again
Gary with Elite 369 Repair was sent to my house to fix my dishwasher by AHS warranty company. It was a struggle as the dishwasher was not cooperating with any repairs and finally gave out, but they were able to get replacement through AHS, and now I have a brand new dishwasher. Thank you so much!
Gary was responsive via email and text, was knowledgeable about our GE fridge, and did a very thorough and effective repair! He even made sure we got the best price for replacement parts. He did a great job!
The technician gets 5 stars and the company gets 2 stars. Frank was the technical that came to my home. He was very professional and took the time to explain to me what the issue was and explained what he needed to do to repair my dryer. I was very pleased and satisfied with the service. My only complaint about Elite 360 is that the labor was $200. That is very expensive just to fix a broken dryer belt.
