We purchased a dishwasher directly from this business. On the original delivery/service date, no one showed up and there was no communication, so I had to call and reschedule. Exactly one month after purchase, the dishwasher broke down. It was still under their three-month guarantee. What followed were numerous texts and phone calls from both my husband and me. My husband was asked to text a copy of the receipt, which he did, but no one followed up. I also texted the service contact and his supervisor with no response. At one point, my husband went to the store in person and found it closed. A service visit was eventually scheduled. I made sure someone was home and paid for the service, but no one showed up. After going in person and speaking with the service coordinator, we were given another day and time. Again, the technician did not arrive as promised and ultimately showed up hours later with the wrong address. After the visit, when we ran the dishwasher, water spilled onto the floor. We were told they would need to return again. This entire experience occurred while the appliance was under guarantee. Clear communication, honoring scheduled appointments, and properly completing service would have made a significant difference. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service and follow-through.
