I'm glad to have chosen Kilter Termite and Pest Control. They are customer friendly, professional and thorough! After renewing my contract with Kilter, Steven recently came out to inspect my home and found no evidence of termites after the initial treatment two years ago. I would highly recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.

Overall a great company. They treated my house for termites and had to get wood replaced. Decided to get it fixed with them. Manuel Torres came and fixed a poorly done job that the first guys “fixed”. If you need wood repair or anything repaired, ask for Manuel Torres!! Had great experience with him. Thank you Kilter !

He took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all of my questions, and made sure the job was done right. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. I noticed a difference right away, and I feel confident knowing my home is protected. I highly recommend Kilter Pest Control and especially Eric if you want top-notch service.
Josh was my Kilter technician & he did a great job. Very personable, thorough & professional. I appreciated his heads-up call to let me more precisely when he would arrive this morning. He took time to explain everything that he did in the inspection & patiently answered all of my questions.
