Brian and Miguel came to survey and present bid. Miguel took charge of job and oversaw workers. Our floors were sanded and carpets torn out of two bedrooms and replaced with wood. Then all floor surfaces were stained. They were able to match the stain on the new wood so it matches very closely to the old wood. Miguel kept in touch with us during the entire project and his team finished one day early. We walked through with him and were very pleased with the work. We would recommend Only Wood Floors to anyone looking to resand, replace, or install wood flooring.
