I appreciate that Joshua Lara, my technician, checks in with me prior to treatment. We talk about what I'm noticing (bug-wise) and areas to be treated. He is respectful of property, completely thorough treating bothersome areas, is very knowledgeable and gives helpful tips, as well. He is forthright in his care and concern for young babies/children in my household and advises me on the safest treatment and what to look for. Joshua also lets me know when he is finished with the treatment (as I have pets and kids), so I can ensure they remain safely inside, until product dries. Not only do I appreciate CURA as my pest control company, but I am impressed by Joshua's pride of work and dedication to a safe and effective job well-done!

This was my first time using Cura and I had a good experience with their team. Cade actually was in my neighborhood and offered their services to me. I told him my wife and I was looking for pest control options but we just moved in and that was on the back burner. He was understanding and told us that since his guys were already around the area, they would be able to give us a good deal. He talked to us about their services, what they can and cannot do. He was honest about the whole process, explained everything, and answered all of our questions. It was a no brainer to just do it now and tackle the problem before it gets out of hand, especially with the reasonable price he was giving us. Scheduling was quick and easy and he was able to have a tech to come out within the next hour. Mark, the technician, communicated with me immediately and kept me updated about this ETA. When he arrived, he explained what he was going to do and got to work. He was fast and efficient, no complaints. Super smooth process. I would recommend them and I will be using them again!

Joshua L showed up to my home for our pest control service today, and he was honestly an awesome young man. He made sure to answer all of my questions, took his time explaining how the products work, and really educated me throughout the process. He went around, dewebbed, and sprayed, and he was both efficient and thorough. I usually follow technicians around to make sure no corners are being cut, because I’ve had other companies rush in and out before, which gave me some trust issues. But Joshua did exactly what he said he would do and completely changed my perspective. That really showed in his work ethic. I truly hope this young man becomes a successful business owner one day.
