They gave me the wrong Zelle “by accident” then after I paid insisted it would be returned and had me pay the “right” Zelle. They left, and I ended up being charged $1500 for a $750 job. This was to replace an oven door. I could have bought a brand new stove at this point. No accountability. Very disappointed. Avoid this company.
We have a dryer stacked on top of our washing machine. The washing machine needed fixing. A technician came and diagnosed the problem without issue. He said that he will order the part but the dryer will have to be removed prior to service. We offered to help them remove the stacked dryer. The technician said that he will contact his boss and let us know. Mulitple days pass by. We call them and were told by the owner (correction: dispatcher) that we refused to unstack the dryer and that they did not order the part nor knew the part number. The owner (correction: dispatcher) was quite rude. The two lies and rudeness of the owner (correction: dispatcher) means that we will take our business elsewhere. I recommend others to not use this appliance repair company as well.
Edit to reply: We were more than willing from the very first moment to find a way to move the dryer off of the washing machine whether that meant paying a handyman or mover or me helping your technician with the manual labor. The technician said that he would order the part (he didn't) and that your company would get back to us if I could help your technician with manual labor (your company didn't). Let those who read this review decide for themselves.
Xclusive appliance inc came out to service my washer. They arrived on time, diagnosed my problem. Ordered the part. After receiving the replacement part, their office called me to schedule a time, and the technician arrived on time, and completed the job within 1/2 hour. They were great! I recommend them to anyone who needs appliances to be repaired.
These guys know what they’re doing! My Hoshizaki ice machine wouldn’t make any ice for almost a week, so Xclusive made me an appointment, I waited 2 days. I didn’t expect the price to be so high but the tech explained to me the problem very well , I was impressed, and I agreed to the repair. One visit later and 2 hours of work, and my ice machine was literally working like brand new. Thank you fellas!
