Awesome experience. Chris was super helpful over the phone, was able to give a quote and clearly explain next steps. He had the part ordered within a day and showed up early (coordinated with great communication). Fridge was fixed in 30 min for a reasonable price. Putting these guys into my phonebook.

Had a great experience with getting my LG dryer serviced with new belt and rollers as well as cleaned. When I called, they said they could send someone immediately. 30 minutes later and they fixed the dryer. I couldn't believe how quick the turnaround was. Thank you so much!!

We had such a great experience with Chris! I reached out through the website about our dishwasher, expecting to need a service visit (and dreading the cost). Instead, Chris texted me right away, asked for photos and information about our dishwasher, and then walked us through some troubleshooting steps. In the end, he suggested a replacement part, which my husband was able to install himself - and it worked perfectly! What really stood out is that Chris didn’t insist on coming out just to charge us a fee. His priority was making sure our problem got fixed in the most straightforward and affordable way. That kind of honesty and customer care is rare these days. We’re so grateful and will absolutely call Chris again if we ever need appliance repair in the future. Highly recommend!
