The Tech was very kind explains everything he was doing as he went along. It was repaired quickly as it wasn’t anything extensive. Scheduling was very professional definitely would use their services again. Love the 90 day after service. if anything else arises you will not be charged another service fee within that 90 day period for a tech to come out to look at your appliance.
Paul has come out to help repair a dishwasher and did a great job. He’s knowledgeable, hard-working, and patient. I’d recommend Cityscape to anyone needing appliance repairs!
Excellent service! Very prompt replies to my initial inquiry, came on time with 30 minute advance notice of arrival, pricing is what seems to be industry average. Will definitely call again if needed!
