I can not recommend Greg and the team at J Brian Day enough! They were so patient while working with my insurance to get our water main break and home fixed. Greg made sure to communicate every step of the way, and the finished results were nothing short of amazing!
My basement flooded and I called J. Brian Day to clean up the mess. They came quickly and got all the water damaged items out of my basement for me. They were incredibly professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend calling them if you're ever in a similar situation as they made a bad day just a little bit easier.
Mark was great to work with and arrived on time. He was easy to communicate with and made the process clear. Tim C. and Jay W. were very professional, courteous and punctual when they came to our home to help address water damage. We would definitely recommend J. Brian Day to our friends and family and would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.
After our initial review following our experience with Mark, Alan reached out to take a look at our project and did so within a few days. Alan and his team—specifically James and Milton—did an excellent job fixing our bathroom. Alan went above and beyond to identify the issue and had it resolved quickly. He and James even came up with the idea to add a built-in shelf, recognizing that we had no storage in the bathroom. We are extremely happy with the work done by J. Brian Day.
From start to finish this company was amazing. I contacted them because of a water leak that we have had for a long time which compromised the integrity of our house. From the moment that Tim came to the house to take care of the mold remediation, which by the was amazing, to the moment that Jeff S. showed up with his crew (Milton & Humberto) to do the reconstruction (Vinnie & his crew), did a phenomenal job making us whole again. I cannot thank you all enough for the superior job that you ALL did.
