After calling a few other places that refused to work on my old ipod nano 4th generation after the battery completely died... I called this place & they were 100% willing to look at it & see what was possible. My ipod works great while plugged in, just needs a new battery. So while he cant replace the battery at this time. In just a couple of hours, Kyle set me up with a good deal on a refurbished ipod nano, 7th gen i think & he was able to transfer all my songs onto it, plus some! Will definitely be back again if need be! 10/10 recommend! Price was a bit high for me personally, as I dont have a lot of extra $$ to spare, but all in all, price was very reasonable for the job done in the amount of time, with the cost of ipod & he was willing to work with me on what I could afford. Thank you again for your help! I am very happy to have my music back!

Kyle was a great find! Our exchange student had busted the back of his iPhone, and Kyle quickly diagnosed exactly what was needed to make the repair, updating us with photos and text through the entire (seamless!) process. He even loaned our guy another phone (with his phone # temporarily transferred to it), once the part came in, during the time of the repair. Very professional, very fast, excellent service!
