He nickels and dimes for his time. He said the work should only take a certain amount of time and a certain amount of cost, but in the end he took longer and charged more. He did it to me twice and made excuses and contradictory statements both times. Someone with the amount of experience he has should know better. He does not have integrity. He is not interested in long-term customer relationships; just collecting every penny he can while he is at the house.

After recently having an issue with our oven heating properly, I started looking for someone to repair the unit. I came across "Affiliated Appliance Services", owned and operated by Matt Purcell and servicing the Concord, NH area. I called his provided number, left a message, and he returned my call shortly after. I described my problem to him, and he was able to schedule an appointment for me within just a few days. He arrived punctually, quickly diagnosed the problem with the stove, and immediately was able to repair it. His bill for services was quite reasonable, and throughout our interaction with him, he was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable about subject matierial and basically a good, down to earth person. If anybody is in need of a good appliance repair person, I would definitely recommend Matt Purcell and Affiliated Appliance Services!

Affliiated is absolutely the best appliance repair Company I have worked with. Matt was responsive to my original call, we communicated for the first day about the problem with my washer. He came to my house the next day and quickly determined the cause of the problem, looked up the repair part and gave me a quote. Matt has the disposition of a scientist, very knowledgeable, confident and always describing what he is testing for and the results. Very calm, confident man, he is the best. The problem was resolved within 30 mins. and his bill was vert reasonable. This was the best experience with a repair professional I have ever had.
