I brought my daughter’s phone in to have her broken screen repaired, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and had her phone fixed within 45 minutes! It’s such a relief to find a place that’s efficient, honest, and friendly. We’ll definitely be back if we ever need repairs again. Highly recommend!
Excellent service! I bought a laptop off of Facebook marketplace without realizing it was from the dinosaur ages (totally my fault for not reading fully). It wasn’t compatible with 5G WiFi and I reached out to Shawn and he was super helpful with tryin to troubleshoot and made sure that I was satisfied with my product overall. I ended up going back into his store and swapped for another laptop. Very honest and kind people here, and you can’t beat the price! Definitely would recommend!
I don't usually do reviews, but I was so impressed with Cellular Freedom that I had to share my experience. The customer service was exceptional and super friendly. Mckenzie is very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem immediately. A part was ordered and arrived as promised. I had my phone back in working condition and service was fast.
