When we decided to replace the siding and update the back porch on our old house, we connected with Patrick at Aspen Ridge Builders. We knew there would be several issues uncovered once the old siding was removed, including rot, sill and foundation damage, voids in the insulation and at least one window and two storm doors that would need to be replaced.. Patrick helped us feel comfortable and confident moving forward with the repairs and the siding project. Patrick and his team were professional in all aspects of the project. They identified several problem areas and made the necessary repairs prior to re-siding our house and worked in a timely fashion, often enduring poor weather conditions. The siding looks amazing. Our back porch looks and feels brand new. Patrick even helped us install a 1600 pound piece of granite for a front step. We are thrilled with the final results. This is our second time using ARB. We hired them to build a finished room in our basement last year which has provided much needed additional space in our home. We had the pleasure of working with the Aspen Ridge Team on our newly built home – and we could not have asked for a better Company to work with or a better end product! We love our house. Pat was always up front and transparent about all things going on even when there were little bumps in the road. If we gave a suggestion or an idea he listened and the outcome was always exactly on point – take for example the trim – we found a picture of a trim design we wanted and he made it a reality and it is the item we get the most compliments on! His crew always left the job site immaculate and always went above and beyond! The workmanship seen throughout our an Aspen Ridge Built home is that of excellent detail and top notch quality . We met with multiple contractors when we first started planning our master bedroom and bathroom renovation and none of them were the right fit for the job. When we met with Patrick we immediately knew he was the perfect person to take on this renovation. He was incredibly easy to work with, a great communicator, and manged the renovation flawlessly. He helped us take an idea and turn it into something far above what we thought it could be. He gave us great advice and input on what would look best aesthetically and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the results. We had a set deadline to have the renovations complete and he finished on time and on budget even after we added a few additional "surprises" to the project. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. While we were having our hardwood floors refinished, the main floor of the house was off limits. This didn't stop Patrick from getting the job done. He climbed a ladder to the second floor of our house carrying paint in order to keep the project on track. He met us at Lowe's on a Saturday to help pick out materials, and on multiple occasions he was there on the weekend working. We have already planned our next projects we'll be using Patrick for and cannot highly recommend him enough. Thank you, Patrick for helping give us our dream home!

We recently had Aspen Ridge finish our basement and couldn't be happier with the way it came out. I have known Pat, but decided to use him based on a mutual friends recommendation and the pictures I'd seen of his work. He really was a dream to work with. We had a couple of things we found that we needed to work around in the basement and he was thoughtful in his process, patient with my indecision and offering solutions when needed, kept the site clean, and showed up on time always (unless he told us ahead of time). Not to mention that the basement came out better than we had envisioned! I would definitely recommend him to anyone and no doubt will use him again in the future.
