Went in to buy an $800 Apple Watch and to sign up for the instant approval Apple Card for the 0% financing. After giving the store iPad all my data I was informed the instant approval would take 10 business days. I have an excellent credit score so I now believe it is a scam to get your credit history along with your personal data they already didn’t have. I now own a superior Garmin watch.
Scheduled a battery replacement under apple care. Waited two weeks for the appointment. After I arrived they told me they would need me to wait/leave the phone essentially for the remainder of the day. As someone who runs a business, this would have been extremely helpful to know in advance. The trip to the store cost me hours of time plus gas and I was not able to get the battery replaced. I will avoid going back for any reason in the future.
It appears very busy when you first arrive. Quickly you realize the console holding assorted phones is their hub w customer. So, let them know what I was looking into. I had an Apple guy helping me within 5 min of walking in. So great customer service. Nice atmosphere and very welcoming. I'd visit again.
