If I could give Lifeline Repair Shop 10 stars, I would… but apparently 5 is the limit and we must respect the system. I walked in fully prepared to say goodbye to my device and instead walked out feeling like it had just come back from a spa day and a therapy session. The team was fast, honest, and somehow managed to make the whole process painless. No tech shaming, no upselling, just good old fashioned “we’ve got you” energy. They explained everything in normal human language, fixed the issue quickly, and didn’t make me feel like I needed a computer science degree to understand what happened. My phone now works better than my attitude did when I walked in. 10/10 recommend. If your device is on life support, Lifeline is exactly who you want in the operating room.

Had to get my screen fixed on my iPhone 16 and he fixed my charge port that didn’t work as well. Super nice and kind guy. My screen stopped working and I thought it was because of the repair, went and talked to him and he showed me my phone was just stuck in a software update and helped me with it. Very good place and amazing customer service would recommend :)
