Apollo Heating & Cooling

This was THE. BEST. contractor experience I have ever had. These guys installed a new Carrier furnace/AC system in our house 9 years ago. Honestly, I had kind of forgotten the installation experience, as I had zero problems in those 9 years. Earlier this week, one of the furnace fans started squealing. I called Apollo on Monday at 9AM. By noon, Mitch was on site, had identified the problem, and called in an order for the part. By noon Tuesday, Mitch was back, and by 1PM the problem was solved. The cost of the part was covered under warranty -- I didn't even have to argue. In total, barely more than 24 hours from first call to resolution! Mitch was great -- knocked it out of the park -- and I'd recommend these guys every time.

Great experience dealing with Apollo. My furnace stopped functioning the day before and I noticed my neighbor was having HVAC work with the service truck parked outside their home. I called my neighbor on the phone and asked if the tech was available to stop by my house after to check my furnace. I was advised I needed to call the office to arrange them to come out. As advised I called and they were able to dispatch my neighbors tech and he showed up after my neighbors work was completed. Within a few minutes Jason was able to diagnose it was the inducer motor. Having a elderly parent at home at this time of year with no heat is not something you can live with. So I obviously agreed to the repair. Jason had to leave and fetch the part and was back within the hour and completed the job. It is greatly appreciated the work was able to be done the same day and have heat again during this cold weather. Based on this positive experience I recommend Apollo!
