Company came out to my home to look at My washer and stated the legs were not down. I informed them that there was an issue with the impeller, which caused my load washer to shake uncontrollably. Charged me over almost $200 for nothing. Called them back and the technician still stated he could not find an issue. I requested a refund and company ignored my issue. Horrible Business
Scott Moss was my technician from Andy's. He was professional and friendly, answering all my questions and concerns. He called ahead to tell me his ETA, and even called back when he encountered traffic delays. Overall I was very satisfied with the service. I will definitely use Andy's again and ask for Scott in particular. Plus I'll recommend them to friends and family.
Scott was amazing! I had called three other places before this and none of them could get me in until tomorrow. I was worried about all the food in my fridge spoiling by then and thankfully I called Andy’s Appliance Repair! A technician was at my house within 2 hours! Scott diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than half an hour. He was knowledgeable, professional, and even gave me some great tips for future issues. I definitely recommend reaching out to them for quick and reliable service!! Thank you again Scott!
Came out for washer and fridge had to wait on parts no problem with the holidays new it would take a little longer. We'll parts come in change them fridge works fine, washer no water to the washer and yes all the water hook ups are turned on. Had to go through my warranty company and yet the company can't even come out to fix there mistake. Now having to wait longer to even get their mistake fixed. Can't talk to anyone other than a secretary no manager or anything. So now I get to see if some other idiot comes to my home to fix the mistake of someone else. Go with someone else otherwise you'll have to multiple appointments since they don't check the work and just rush out the door for you to have to call again to wait for a possible fix. Laundry pilling all cause of incompetence. Update after all this washer still didn't work called another company. Andy's never even really looked at the washer and the washer is shot. Changing the motherboard would have never fixed the washer. Save yourself money and time go with another company.
My 4 month old refrigerator stopped working on Friday 11/28. I called the company that installed my refrigerator and was told to contact the manufacture because it was still under warranty. The manufacture set up an appointment with Andy's for Thursday the 4th (almost a week after fridge went out). The tech came out and looked it over and determine that electrical panel was out. He said they would have to order a part and that unfortunately he could not find the correct part in data base. I called them back on Monday and they referred me back to manufactures who than referred me back to Andy's. Today -week three of no refrigerator, I called Andy's and they told me that "unfortunately they still cant find the part for my refrigerator and that they wont deem it unrepairable, that unfortunately you will just have to do a deep clean and keep waiting for us to find the part", which they couldn't give any kind of ETA for. They didn't offer any kind of acknowledgment that this was inconvenient, just brushed me off doing the very minimum effort to remedy the problem. I feel this is extremely terrible customer service. I will definitely never use this company again. I have already contacted the manufacture who offered me $100 for my inconveniences and apologized. They already have an in-house repair person coming to look at refrigerator and will expedite any further repairs/replacement.
