We had a great experience with Generator Superstore for the annual service of our Generac generator. I called to schedule maintenance, and they had a technician out later that same day, which was incredibly convenient. The technician communicated his arrival time clearly, arrived as promised, and was very professional throughout the entire visit. He worked efficiently and had our unit serviced quickly while still being thorough with the annual maintenance. It’s reassuring to know our generator is in good hands. I would absolutely recommend Generator Superstore to anyone needing generator service or maintenance!
