Air Excellence

This service call with Air Excellence, was one that was most educational. The service man, Brad, was great! He was so thorough. He educated us on our furnace that No other company had ever taken the time to explain. Brad gave us information on the importance of the color of our furnace flame, the filters and etc. Brad even took a call from us after he had all ready left because my husband and I had an additional question. Brad had true customer service skills that a lot of companies are truly lacking! ""5 STARS FOR BRAD !!!!!! and Air Excellence!

Air Excellence was great to work with. After dealing with a terrible company, Air Excellence really turned our situation around for us. They were out to our house the same day they got our claim from the home warranty company. The technician, Brad, was punctual and friendly. He took pictures of everything and explained to me what he was looking at along the way. Bette was extremely nice and helpful with getting our appointments booked and finalizing our information. Mike was the technician that installed our new furnace and he was awesome as well. He went above and beyond by also fixing our air ducts for no additional charge on a Friday night when I’m sure he wanted to get home. Everyone was very willing to answer any questions and work with our schedules. Great work and great customer service. Couldn’t be happier!!

We recently had our air conditioning unit serviced by Air Excellence via home warranty repair and was highly satisfied with the service. Our technician Brad was among one of the best servicemen I've dealt with in the repair/maintenance business. Brad was on-time, professional and knowledgeable about his craft and helped us understand what we as customers should expect out of our equipment. He was very personable and was easy to talk to. It was clear he not only knew about his craft, but about what it means to truly service the customer. We certainly would use Air Excellence again for our HVAC needs. Keep up the great work!
