AAA Home Services was fantastic! John was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He diagnosed the issue with my stovetop burner, the team ordered the parts promptly, and he returned to complete the repair without delay! I truly appreciated how clearly he explained everything - his expertise was impressive. Fast response, easy to work with, and excellent service. I will definitely call AAA Home Services for any future appliance repairs!
John and someone else from AAA serviced my range after a speedy part order and arrival. During the service, after the burner part was replaced the electrical plug failed, the stove whip also failed, the main breaker to my home tripped. I was informed that this was not going to be replaced as it was not a warranty item and that I needed to call an electrician because John was not a certified electrician. The company’s name is AAA Home Services, Appliances, hvac, plumbing and ELECTRICAL. So that’s ironic. They couldn’t send someone to repair this. Couldn’t imagine going on a service call as a HVAC guy, replacing a small component like a contactor or safety limit, blow the transformer or other main component and not resolve the issue, telling the customer that they are on their own to resolve the issue.. Anyways, glad that no one was hurt during the service call - having an outlet fail in your face is no fun. Got the outlet replaced, tested the burner, it works. first and last time I have AAA service my home.
These people run this business like a well oiled machine. I picked out a floor model dishwasher on a Friday, it was installed a week later even with some old electrical issues (an electrician came right out and installed an outlet). Matt , Austin and Brian were friendly, helpful and professional. We won't get appliances anywhere else!
Adam P. From AAA appliance sale and repair really provided amazing customer care. Our Speed Queen dyer had been broke but after calling AAA. They were quick to send out a technician and remedy the solution with precision and swiftness. Adam P. Was very professional and friendly, not minding me watching and talking with him. AAA thank you for getting our dryer back in service!
I am writing regarding the ignitor replacement your company performed on my oven on May 5, 2025. The ignitor failed by the end of June—only a few weeks after installation. When I called for service, I was informed that the part was only covered under warranty for 30 days and that I would need to pay another service fee as well as the cost of replacing the failed ignitor.
I eventually scheduled an appointment for October 28, 2025 and paid a $110 service fee, even though the failure occurred far sooner than the expected lifespan of an oven ignitor. I ultimately declined the repair due to the significantly higher cost compared to the original visit.
Because we are hosting Thanksgiving, I later hired another company to complete the repair. Their technician showed me clear evidence that the previous ignitor had been installed improperly. An exposed wire had shorted out, leaving a visible burn mark (photos attached).
This is extremely concerning—not only because the part failed prematurely, but because the improper installation created a potential safety hazard in my home.
Since the failure was caused by incorrect installation, I believe I should not have been responsible for the $110 service fee, nor for the cost of replacing the ignitor. Ignitors typically last several years, not a few months. The new one was correctly installed and came with a substantially better warranty.
I am VERY disappointed by this experience.
