All Restored

All Restored did an amazing job cleaning up my house after water damage. They responded quickly and had everything dried out in no time. They also handled all the repairs from the water damage, working fast, clean, and efficiently. The quality of their work was excellent, and they were very easy to work with, always responsive whenever I reached out. I highly recommend All Restored for their professionalism and outstanding service.

We had an incredible experience with All Restored for our mitigation services. Mike came out after hours to assess the situation, and we were immediately impressed by his calm, confident demeanor. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and put our minds at ease during a very stressful time. Christian and Tobey handled the day-to-day work, and they were absolutely fantastic. They showed up consistently, worked hard every day, and were always kind, respectful, and professional in our home. It’s rare to come across a team that’s not only efficient and skilled but also so genuinely pleasant to work with. We’re beyond grateful for the care and attention All Restored gave to our home and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, trustworthy mitigation services.

I can’t say enough positive things about Mike and his team at all restored ! After a hot water pipe broke in my house, it was basically a total loss of the first floor. Mike and his team were out within hours of the report and were there everyday for over a week. He even helped guide me through the contents process, the adjuster, and the rebuild process! He made what can seem overwhelming, very manageable, and I couldn’t recommend them more strongly! The place was left clean and ready for next steps.

For a water leak in bathroom which traveled to adjoining room, crew came out Day 1 (Monday) and cut out 6' x 2' piece of floor and carpet in adjoining room (took carpet and threw away so now continuous carpet in 3 rooms and hallway need replaced) and removed vanity top in bathroom. Day 2 I told them I was unhappy with progress and they removed toilet, flooring, and vanity in bathroom, but not the shower stall (floor was wet under that). Day 3 one crew member showed up and did moisture reading - nothing else. Day 4 did not show up. Day 5 supervisor showed up to inspect. I explained my displeasure and said floor was wet underneath shower stall. Crew came out Day 6 (Monday) and removed shower stall, damaging beyond use. Picture shows what I was left with in bathroom. Day 7 supervisor came out to inspect and said still moisture where shower stall met adjoining floor. Asked supervisor if something couldn't be placed to deter spiders and rodents and to conserve my heat. (Plastic was stapled to adjoining room floor on first day.) Day 8 another crew member came out and stapled plastic to bathroom floor, no subfloor or temporary floor laid in either room. Day 9 I contacted supervisor and said crew did not take shower stall and they needed to remove the debris they left. Day 10 crew picked up remaining items. This is what I'm left with. Worst job I ever had done! Definitely going with a reputable company for reconstruction.
