Don’t use them. They overcharged me for wasps removal. I found a previous receipt where they charged me a $150 less for the same service plus. The young man said the $200 was for using the ladder. Well they used the ladder last time. I will never use them again.
JEM Pest really came through for our family in a crunch. The day before a large family event biting flies were out in full force. JEM Pest went out of their way to fit us in and the results were fantastic. Our event went off without any unwelcome guest. We highly recommend JEM Pest. Professional & knowledgeable. Daniel came out today to spray for carpenter bees. He did an excellent job and explained everything in detail. I have had JEM as my pest control for my childcare/home for over 5 years and recommend them highly!! The cost of their service is great too!
