During the terrible snow then all the ice, we could not get to our vehicles because they are across driveway in the garage. I was calling everywhere and anyone who may know someone to help However, after talking to Rebecca and when she called me back, it was truly a blessing. Then Jonny came right out before starting his long day, bless him for helping us and so quickly. My husband fell on the ice yesterday and I did not want him back out working on it today. I have given you a big "shout out" on FB also. Thank you Rebecca and Jonny for coming to our rescue.

We are very pleased with Jonny Nichols so far so good I like how they work with you on everything treatments and payments and the price is reasonable. I have no complaints at this time.
I have been a customer of this company for over a year for irrigation system services, but I am extremely disappointed with my most recent experience.
I contacted Wayne to request an estimate to cut back approximately 10 feet of my crape myrtle. During our conversation, he provided a verbal price and explained that the next step would be to send a written estimate. He stated that once I reviewed and signed the estimate, we would then discuss scheduling the work. The estimate was sent on 12/16, the same day we spoke; however, I did not review or sign it.
I missed a call from Wayne on Thursday. When I returned home Friday evening after being away for work, I was surprised to find that the tree had already been cut. I later listened to the voicemail, which stated that he was sending his crew out to trim the tree. At no point did I provide approval or authorization for the work to be completed.
I was unable to speak with Jonny Nichols until Monday, 12/22, at which time I explained my concern that work had been performed on my property without my consent. After some back-and-forth with Wayne, he said he would speak with Jonny regarding the situation.
The following morning, Wayne called to inform me that because there was no signed estimate on file, the invoice would be removed. However, I was also told that I would be dropped as a client for irrigation services. I found it troubling that despite the company acknowledging there was no authorization, I was ultimately held responsible for a situation that resulted from their failure to follow their own stated process.
Thank you for doing a wonderful job around our flagpole, especially in this heat. The stone color is a perfect match, and the flowers will be beautiful in the weeks to come.
