Today's visit was very nice. Ron took the time to speak with me before going about his business looking for termites. Thankfully finding none. I enjoy when he comes yearly as I feel like he does a good job and points out certain things about our house that may have occurred due to some type of weather occurrence.
Our first service with Ralph from The Bug Guy was excellent. He was on time, got right to work, and finished well before we expected. I want to note the great customer service we had prior to the first appointment as well. Every phone contact was professional, very pleasant, and full of helpful information. Excellent service overall.
