Consume beware! If you are seeking an exterminator to do a meticulous job, this company is not it. When traps are layed down where there are already traps and specific entry ways are not found, the job is sub-par! Thank God my husband found the entrance where the mice were coming in and sealed it himself. This company will charge you an initial fee and a cancelation fee even if you're not satisfied with their services.
Paige is so wonderful. She really listened to my concerns, and she was so thorough while looking throughout our house. She always does an amazing job. I request her or Danny every time now!

Steven was incredible too say the least. He was extremely knowledgeable of his craft and explained in exquisite detail involving termites and all other pesky bugs that we all have to deal with whether we like it or not. We walked together around the property and he had a wealth of knowledge and expertise in his specific field. He explained everything, more than satisfactory, I was more than pleased with his superb work ethic and his attention to detail! For example in the basement, he took a small dirt shovel used to plant flowers and stuck it right through our 4 x 12's. It went right through the plank, I couldn't believe it! Yes, we definitely have termite damage. I'm glad Steven came when he did, cause we may have fallen through to the basement, if this problem had persisted. Once again I cannot thank Frontline and Steven enough for his and their professionalism.
