I hired this company in Sept 2025 to install a sump pump discharge line for $2,200. I was hesitant about running the pipe outside, but was assured by the installer it would be fine, because if installed right, and being a high pressure line, he insisted I would have no issues. However, the line froze and cracked before getting thru the first winter. They did come back to look at the issue after I called in the broken pipe, however, they told me a sag in the way the pipe was installed, caused the problem. They then said they fixed the sag, and shouldn't have a problem again. Unfortunately, just two days later, even with the worst of the cold over, the line still froze and cracked again. After the second failure, I called them once again, they sent a different crew to my house, told me this set up is not going to work, left the broken pipe there, and told me that for another $1,800 they could reroute it inside the house, but they couldn't guarantee that would work either. I ended up hiring another licensed plumber who said the original installation was done very poorly, with improper pitch and an exterior setup prone to freezing. I ultimately had to pay twice to correct a problem that should have been installed properly the first time. This job was done very poorly by them, looks more like a DIY job than a licensed plumber, and they did not back up their work.
