We called Master Group when our mini split unit was not working. Adam came on the day scheduled and checked out the unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us different options to choose from. As we totally trusted his opinion, we decided to have him install a new Mitsubishi mini split unit. Adam and his team came out on a Saturday to accommodate us due to vacation plans. They did a perfect job on the installation and made sure that EVERYTHING was cleaned up. He even washed down our concrete. When he was done you would never know they had been working in my yard. And, no one walks in your home without putting booties on their feet! We were very impressed by their professionalism and expertise and would highly recommend them.
