I had an issue with my iphone's battery I went to 3 other places and none of them would take a look at it they just wanted to charge me for a new battery even though I knew the battery was good. I came to Velocity and they were able to open my phone and find that the battery connector had come loose. They reconnected it and my phone was back to normal. I was in and out in 15 minutes.I'm grateful for their honesty they could've just tried to sell me a new battery but instead they saved me money with a quick fix. I highly recommend Velocity and I will be back for any of my tech servicing needs.
