Communication stayed clear from the first call until the job was finished. Their crew arrived prepared to deal with a leaking shutoff valve that had started dripping nonstop. The repair was done efficiently and tested thoroughly before wrapping up. No mess, no confusion, just solid work throughout. Everything has stayed dry since then.
The water heater pilot light kept going out. Their experts cleaned the burner assembly and checked airflow. The pilot has stayed lit since.
1st off I wanna say we are new home owners and didn’t really know what to do so I went with these guys based off of reviews which now seem fabricated.. .. my hot water heater had busted and flooded a portion of my basement .. it happened while we were at work,. 2 guys came they did the entire job in an 1:30.. that included pumping and dumping of the water and installation of the new water heater. Now here is where my gripe is.. I feel I was robbed .. he charged us $5,200 for everything and I feel like it’s double not to mention he said he would clean and disinfect and now today when he’s suppose to come get his fans and a humidifier he borrowed from Home Depot , he is telling me they already did which I can’t see how of the basement just became dry today.. I also googled and did more research since I had more time today and saw our new water heater only cost $600.. again we were desperate and just wanted it fixed that night since we have small children.. going forward I now know and I will def NOT BE USING THESE GUYS AGAIN.. fast quick service but total rip off
Clifton Plumbing is outstanding. My technician's name was Nick. He was courteous, punctual, and well-informed. He offered several quotations and was not insistent. I had faith in him. My new faucet was installed promptly and looks great! Strongly recommended.
