Spent time explaining everything, never pushed or tried to over sell, gave a competitive price, & took care of permits. His team was on time, respectful, and even came back the next day to finish the job, clean up, & button things up. Finoshed the job right! Not only does it work great, but looks professionally done. I am extremely impressed with the level of service we received from Rak Plumbing and Heating. They responded immediately to our emergency service request for a leaking boiler on Monday. Once it was determined we needed a boiler replacement, Rak gave me an estimate for a new boiler, hot water heater, and gas conversion on the spot. I gave them a deposit on Tuesday, the following day. They were at my house Wednesday, with a new boiler and hot water heater., and the completed the job the same day, as promised. The level of service was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Rak did it right the first time, and delivered as promised!
