Im very thankful for this place. Ive been a returning customer over the years and brought my phones and computers here everytime not just because of the good job on the repairs but the customer service! They really care here, thank you!
If I coud leave zero stars I would. I had crack on screen and it was "fixed" by replacing screen and was told there was a 90 day warranty. Within 2 days the touch screen on left side of phone was not working, and face ID would not work. I returned to store and was told I broke it which voided warranty, and I would need to pay another $160 to repair (again). Mind you, when I had it repaired less than a week prior it was functional ony a cracked screen. Poor business practices to not honor the warranty when it is repaired improperly.
Very grateful for them to have repaired my device same day without having to wait too long. My family and I have come here before and I’m very grateful for the convenience. Way better than having to go to these crowded malls and have to search for parking. You always make my life easier thank you.
