All American AC & Heating Repair took great care of us. Our furnace stopped working and they were able to get us scheduled quickly. Rich showed up on time, explained what was wrong in plain English, gave us clear options and pricing, and never tried to upsell anything we didn’t need. He fixed the issue the same day, cleaned up after himself, and had our home comfortable again within a couple of hours. The price matched what he quoted and the whole process was straightforward. We’ll definitely call All American again and recommend Rich to friends and family.

From start to finish, this was a great experience. The receptionist was wonderful — friendly, helpful, and easy to work with when scheduling the appointment. Blain, the technician who came out, was excellent. He thoroughly checked the furnace board, AC unit, and thermostat to make sure everything was working properly. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I truly appreciated. The turnaround time was great as well. I was very satisfied with the entire appointment. I do wish the thermostat had been a little less expensive, but overall I’m very happy with the service and that everything is now working perfectly.

Just had All American out to clean our furnace. Blaine and Diego the technicians were very thorough and polite. The service itself was excellent and in depth. I felt their prices were fair and the service package was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend! It is worth mentioning that the office staff is equally as polite and accommodating. Have not found this level of professional in a business in a long time. Glad I came across their social media advertisements.
