Christian and his team were incredible to work with! In trying to have the initial landscaping done for our new construction home, we spoke with 4-5 other landscaping companies before finding Southlake Services, and none of them seemed to genuinely listen. Christian was the complete opposite. He was engaging during our walkthrough, listened to what we were thinking and completely understood our view for the overall project, while also understanding that we would be completing it in sections. He offered up great design idea’s that we had not thought of, but ended up loving and going with. He worked with us to come in at the budget we needed to be at, and never tried to oversell us. The work they completed looks incredible as well, even though Mother Nature was not cooperative at the time. The final grade, buried downspouts, black mulch bed, irrigation and sod all impressed us! Thank you Christian, and the entire crew, for the fantastic work, and, more importantly, for the genuine honesty and integrity that you all conduct yourselves with throughout the process and business!! It was rather refreshing to experience this from a company! We look forward to working with you guys to complete our property!! Once again, thank you and your entire team for the fantastic work!! Update: We had Christian and his incredible team back out to do substantially more landscaping on our lot. (Special shout out’s to Moy and Isaiah for running the project flawlessly and for being great people!!) They raked and performed a final grade on approximately 1 acre of the lot, adding around 105 yards of top soil, seeding and installing straw mat on the area! Furthermore, we had them clear approximately 2.5 - 3 additional acres of our lot. The amount of raking they performed to turn that area into, what honestly ended up looking like top soil, was pretty incredible! They perfectly listened and left all trees that we had all discussed that we wanted to leave untouched. There wasn’t a time when there seemed to be the slightest hint of miscommunication. Nothing but impressive listening and understanding of their customer/client! Then, finally, we can talk about our absolute happiness with the landscaping/hardscaping bed/border they created around the border of our house. The plants, styling, spacing, pots and large accent stones that Christian picked out and created a design, with placement, was like he read our minds!! His team installed everything to a T!!! Once again, we are beyond impressed with Southlake Services!! We can’t recommend their services enough!! The pictures I am adding really don’t do the magnitude of the job they did justice!! We hope the description more accurately describes the high level ability that Southlake Services has in completing your project above and beyond your expectations!!! Again, we WILL have them back out whenever we have our pool installed!! Impressive, impressive, impressive!!!!!!
